      Not many- It's a very easy job

      Cons

      - No progressions - No office culture -Weirdly strict like you are in school -Poorly paid, Recruitment company adverse false pay -No freedom, no way to learn new GIS skills -Hardly a GIS job, just doing a digitising task over and over again.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
