Pros
if you're looking to stay healthy physically then this is the job for you. 11 hour shifts while being on your feet walking back and forth and keeping machines running and not idled while still having to be precise about what you're doing on the computer and systems kept me active and healthy. although the systems they use and their quotas they expect you at the end of the day can be mentally draining, it can help you keep your mind off of life
Cons
alot of micromanagement going on which is kind of stressfull. They tend to switch you to different "bays" when you first start out working there so it's kind of hard when they set you in your "bay" to learn everything in that area and switch you around to different area's where they only briefly explain the temp bay they put you in and you kind of have to figure it out yourself without trying to mess up the "system".
