most people are really kind

Cons

benefits just dont compare to other companies. many people like me left for better pay. they make so much from the weathly residents but not much seems to go back to the front line.

Allowing someone who didn’t know to do my job to become manager over me.

Some staff members call out a lot which makes it hard for more reliable members but management is working on it.
