The staff is very nice and the community offers a lot of activities for residents. Residents seem happy and taken care of.

Cons

Scheduling issues are unfortunately very common.

Allowing someone who didn’t know to do my job to become manager over me.

Some staff members call out a lot which makes it hard for more reliable members but management is working on it.
