Pros
•You learn a lot about many subjects. •On the job training. •The job is easy, relatively, depending on how your mind works. •Some of your coworkers are amazing people with kind and loving hearts. •There is at least one good manager, (Brenda Servin). •The pay is decent if you have bills to pay. •You pick your initial schedule. •Overtime is available. •Health benefits are available after 3 months.
Cons
•Trainers act shady, as in they don't tell you or teach you exactly how things work and function. •Shrinkage hurts your bonus and overall performance, meaning you could be an amazing interpreter but if you have any sort of personal thing to do at all, including bowel movements or urination, your "performance" goes down the drain. •If you have a scheduled break but a call goes into your break it hurts your Shrinkage, it's not even your fault, you're doing your job. •You feel like you can't talk to anyone other than the customers. •Loneliness. •You're a machine to them, not an individual. •Very few and very short breaks. •You can't grow in the company until you've been there a certain amount of time. Even if you show potential until then. •The job is repetitive, you do it like walking or breathing, so at times you have a lot of time to think, which can be bad. •Can't change your schedule for 6 months. Unless there's a life or death situation, and even then you have to bring proof.
