Pros
Good training program, I guess
Cons
-Spanish queue is underpaid, and exploited for months on end. Calls are back-to-back without any breathing room or time to unload for the next call. Call Center exploitation at its finest. -Management and HR do nothing to help their employees, complaints and concerns are dismissed all the time. -Micromanaging supervision and QA. Anything is a mistake if they're looking for one. -Growth is based on arbitrary parameters. Pay raise was denied and the lazy excuse given was "covid" despite the company still making thousands of dollars each day all thanks to their underpaid and exploited Spanish employees. -Breaks are only 10 minutes. Industry standard is 15 minutes plus bathroom time if needed. We only get 7 minutes of bathroom use PER DAY. -WFH interpreters are left to handle things on their own with total lack of care and support. -COVID response was irresponsible, while most other companies sent their employees to work at home, while here it took them nearly 2 months to respond.
