Pros
Health insurance for full time employees is ok. Slow call volume for languages other than spanish. Paid 15 minute breaks. Once a week, they will have food catered to the office (don't be surprised if it runs out before get to try it) Lots of overtime hours available if you need them.
Cons
Flexible hours are non existent. Scheduling always the same and they refuse to let you change your schedule. If you have a Dr's note or are a student be prepared to be denied. Compensation is $11.50/hr which is very low for the amount of mental stress that you have to put up with. There are not enough employees to meet the call volume. Almost every employee can work overtime if they want. Most employees get burnt out within 2-3 months. When you request a day off, don't expect to get it approved because they are already short on workers. When you walk in, you'll notice that all the employees look like zombies from being over worked. Since most employees can't handle more than a few months of working there, they find a better job or just quit because they can't get the days off that they need. This is seriously the worst company I have ever worked for, the sad thing is that there is so much potential but the company refuses to change their ways. As long as there are people looking for a job, they will continue to suck up their soul and discard them when they hire someone else. If you are thinking of working for Cyracom, don't do it! You will regret it, I promise. You can ask ANY employee or past employee.
