Good place to work and have fun. They give employees enough freedom and support to generate new ideas and contribute to the development of the company. Management is very liberal with rewards and hikes.

Cons

Even though the company has an optimistic outlook for work-life balance, the tight deadlines keep you busy.

-Pay is great -People on my team were great

Cons

-A lot of late night work(India based working ethics) -Everything is developed in India and the US is only there for face of US restricted customers. -Company has no proper goals/roadmaps -Communication is basically non existent(Its mostly done through whats app/in person) and everyone in the US is remote. -If company does bad US employees are first to go. -US employees are thought of last(Had a hackathon and US employees had to work then go into the hackathon leading to a 24+ hour day).
