Pros

Extremely supportive and safe work environment for female employees. Learning curve is steep. You get to interact with team members and clients across the world giving you more exposure. The best thing about this company is the persistent focus on continuous innovation which makes the work enjoyable and non-monotonous. Definitely a nice place to work in.

Pros

-Pay is great -People on my team were great

Cons

-A lot of late night work(India based working ethics) -Everything is developed in India and the US is only there for face of US restricted customers. -Company has no proper goals/roadmaps -Communication is basically non existent(Its mostly done through whats app/in person) and everyone in the US is remote. -If company does bad US employees are first to go. -US employees are thought of last(Had a hackathon and US employees had to work then go into the hackathon leading to a 24+ hour day).
