Pros
Cyware is growing at a very fast pace and is slated to be the next unicorn from cybersecurity vertical. Their technology stack is really good and its uncommon for a startup of their age and size to have built 4 core cybersecurity products from different industry verticals. Leadership is really supportive and provides you with ample opportunities to work on and shape your career. What stands out is the way company has managed covid-19 pandemic. They have really set the bar higher with all the support they have offered to their employees. Never witnessed such support being offered by any of my previous employers.
Cons
Work load is on a bit higher side but if you are really passionate about learning new technologies and have the zeal to work for a hypergrowth startup, only then you'll make it here.
