I have been working at Cyware for more than 2 years now. It's a nice place to work with supportive colleagues and decent work environment

Cons

Workload is on a higher side as it's a growing startup. Sometimes you may have to extend in the evening hours or attend tickets at short notice.

-Pay is great -People on my team were great

Cons

-A lot of late night work(India based working ethics) -Everything is developed in India and the US is only there for face of US restricted customers. -Company has no proper goals/roadmaps -Communication is basically non existent(Its mostly done through whats app/in person) and everyone in the US is remote. -If company does bad US employees are first to go. -US employees are thought of last(Had a hackathon and US employees had to work then go into the hackathon leading to a 24+ hour day).
