I had the opportunity to work with this organization for 5 years as a Quality Analyst, and it has been a truly rewarding journey. The company offers a healthy work environment, supportive management, and a culture that values both personal and professional growth. As a QA, I was given meaningful responsibilities and exposure to various tools, methodologies, and automation frameworks. The team spirit is excellent, and knowledge sharing is actively encouraged. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and always open to new ideas, which creates a positive and motivating workplace. Work-life balance is well maintained, and both the HR and Operations teams are proactive, helpful, and employee-friendly. I’m grateful for the learning, support, and career development I received during my time here.
