Pros
Promotions are encouraged. The fast paced environments (excluding Meat Totes or Mexico Exports) make the workdays go by fast. Fast, decent money depending on your work ethics and others around you.
Cons
Commissioned pay is based on the dock's overall performance and will be hindered by workers who do not work with the same amount of urgency or efficiency. Commission pay is also impacted things out of Costa's control like HEB's manpower for quickly making floor space or trucks backing in late for numerous reasons. Forklift and Clamps needed to complete your work are scarce and are often in poor working conditions at the bigger docks.
