      DJ was a great place to learn, fast, but you must demonstrate good work ethic and a strong will to learn and do. Good people, solid middle management.

      Cons

      Working condition and hours both need to be improved to retain talent. No work and life balance. Vulnerable for turn overs.

      Never had a layoff, super cool managers super laid back environment as long as you still keep your things done Lots of opportunities to do new things
