Pros

- Interesting products - Be part of building a connected world - Learn anything/everything about B2C and B2B networking - Some smart/friendly colleagues

Cons

- A lot of overtime - Low salaries - Very poor management - People stay a year or two and then move on (unless you are top exec that have a high salary for doing very little) - Sexual harassment and verbal abuse towards women - Working hard does not mean you get a better salary or position at the company
