We love hear this wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you love our flexible environment, phenomenal ownership, and the strong relationships you have built across our departments. While finding your footing in a fast-paced dealership naturally takes a bit of initial time, we pride ourselves on providing the supportive framework and teamwork necessary to help our staff successfully launch rewarding careers.

Pros

Weekends off, but that's just about it

Cons

The store inventory covers two stores, they have no intention of ever allowing you to correct the inventory mistakes (and even on the off chance the did, it's not a one person job, and you will never have time to do this with the workload), and the parts manager at the other store doesn't understand the new system, so the inventory for every part is almost always incorrect and even as you try to fix it, they will actively mess it up again) which forces parts into not being ordered unless you manipulate the system. The management is an absolute joke, be prepared to be micromanaged like crazy and you'll basically be trained by the parts specialist that works there because the service and parts supervisor has too bad of an attitude to actually teach anyone new systems, honestly because she's overworked due to poor management above her as well. They have been through 5 parts managers in the last year which they neglected to tell me until after I accepted and started this job. They also do not tell you that "holidays off" only means thanksgiving day and christmas day, and that you are forced to work overtime with no time and a half because they are taking advantage of a loophole in Indiana law, rather than just paying time and a half overtime as any honorable company would.

We take all employee feedback seriously and are concerned by this perspective, which does not reflect our workplace expectations. While our structured standards and intensive workload expectations can feel demanding, they are essential to ensuring collective team productivity and maintaining fair workloads across our departments.
