Pros

The product a sales rep is asked to market is first rate for the pricepoint. Awesome buildingmanagers for each community, and a management team that listens and looks before they leap into a community

Cons

As with most builders, the commission only stricture. Need to find a way to pay trips salary plus bonus, or, at least continue to pay a draw against commission earned. Benefits reasonable, but could be better.

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Pros

High volume sales and great pay

Cons

They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
