      Pros

      Very supportive team. Great office lunches and quarterly outings. It depends on the department you are in, but mine was amazing, no micromanaging. The Division President is also my favorite boss of all time.

      Cons

      You only get 10 vacation days per year and they are pretty strict on that.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
