I’ve been with D.R. Horton for 10+ years. Great company, great people and great leadership! Company that truly takes pride in rewarding their employees for not only individual performances, but the Division’s as well. The atmosphere is electric around year-end and the Division is heavily depended upon in the Region. From the office staff to the field personnel, every employee is reliable and accountable for their piece of the puzzle, making the Division successful every year. D.R. Horton does an amazing job at building a culture of success through hard-work, planning and execution. The company does an equally amazing job at sharing that success with your loved ones. Every year my children attend an all expense paid trip to the company ranch in Texas. The memories and friendships they've made are priceless.
