      Good Coworkers. Standard 401k and Medical.

      Cons

      Management, CIO, No advancement, Need Bi-yearly/yearly reviews, Only people in the "raise club" get raises(which i was in but still come on), Huge lack of trust between management and employees, little work life balance, Pay sucks

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
