      Pros

      D.R. Horton is the industry giant for new home construction. Having that backing with the amazing management the Greenville division has makes for a perfect work family environment. Income is as much as you put it. They give you all the tools to break a six figure income. Highly recommend this company if you are thinking of the new home sales industry

      Cons

      Hours are not ideal to work.. just like any job you'll have bad coworkers

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
