Pros

Strong financial fundamentals. Good healthcare plans, especially after year 3 (Dental is the low point). Reward effort and production. Room to grow.

Cons

Company barely acknowledged COVID. Pushed employees with desk jobs to return summer 2020 prior to 2nd and 3rdwave of the pandemic. Wanted to pretend 2nd and 3rd wave didn’t happen. Lax on COVID safety in office. A little too bound to the offic. Paid vacation is antiquated. 2 weeks for a SR. professional new hire is just silly. HR isn’t organized. Needs to modernize to attract professionals. Does not support employee continuing education .

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Pros

Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

Cons

Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
