      Pros

      I would give them zero stars if I could. They use the cheapest materials possible and they pay off the inspection companies to get them to pass. They lie to homeowners and are one of the lowest quality homes on the market. They believe in quantity and not quality. The only pro is not working at D.R. Horton anymore

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations... They load their builders with 60+ houses so that they can not possibly hit bonus on them. Then if you do, they just move you to a different neighborhood right before bonus time so the money goes to the area managers. They will not pay you and they will short/steal from the vendors pockets as well.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Pros

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
