      Friendly co workers, good benefits and overall decently average pay if you go above and beyond.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, and unrealistic corporate expectations are a common theme for DR. The old saying of biting off more than you can chew is prevalent here.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
