Pros

Great pay but you're going to EARN IT! And I mean every red cent.

Cons

"Do you want to earn $50,000 a year OR what we pay you?" And at that moment you know exactly where you stand with the company. Sales people are the contact person for the customer and they are EXPENDABLE! With every promise BROKEN the sales person takes another bullet for middle and upper management. And when you tire of the lying management will fire you and keep a huge amount of your commissions. In my case $75,000. Believe every word here that you have read, it's 100% true. These guys are liars.

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

Cons

Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
