Bonus amount never reached the level that was promised at initial hire. It is "discretionary" but there is a formula but it is never explained by division president They pay cheap in comparison to competitors No communication from division president on future work load Hostile work environment caused by division president(s) HR is petrified about reprimanding poor or negligent performers at non-exempt level which puts the manager in a bad position when company projections are not met No annual employee reviews or wage increases One of my subordinates told me that most of the staff felt like senior management did not care about our group White people work in management and people of color work in the field and although there has been inclusion discussion at the highest level of the company it has not changed anything at division levels
