      Pros

      Excellent co workers and fast paced environment. Good pay, great technology, good work environment and there are many aspects that include team meetings and collaborative work.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations; Partly due to the industry. If there are any changes due to local jurisdictions, the staff was not allowed to change the schedule.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
