      Pros

      The best thing about working at DR Horton were the parties. You were urged to go. If this is a pro? Ok 401k and the insurance was good after 3 years of service..but not at hire.

      Cons

      One of the cons were being moved from community to community and finding out with each move commissions were cut in half. This needs to ve addressed better. I lost THOUSANDS of dollars because of this proceedure. Most things I was told never transpired. I noticed there was much favortism towards the managers buddies.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
