      The Culture in Sarasota Division is amazing and has great management. The carry loads aren't too much and the ACMs provide great support.

      Cons

      No Cons was a great place to work.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
