- DHI is a subsidiary company of D.R Horton, which is the largest home builder by volume since 2002 - The position ceiling is high with this company - Has many jobs nationally in most states and is rapidly building - Great company culture in the Central Region - Jobs are not run through banks, D.R Horton budgets these jobs through his own cash - Health Insurance is top shelf

- Currently experience high growth with the business and need to hire the right people to make it run like a well oiled machine - New to Multi-Family

Cons

Unqualified leaders that fire the employees that actually know what they’re doing. It’s a boys club that few are allowed to excel in. Mostly they fire everyone or the good ones quit due to that lack of good leadership and knowledge of the product
