Pros

• the company is growing • it has the backing of a large company (DR Horton) • the pay is better than another developer company I’ve worked at

Cons

• toxic work environment in my office (bullying) • very few company holidays, especially compared to other developer/builder companies • HORRIBLE insurance - new hires are only allowed the Cigna high deductible plan for the first 2 years • not open to hybrid work options; very strict about being back in the office • quality of the product is not good, their mission is to build the MOST homes, not the best

Pay is fine not bad

Cons

Unqualified leaders that fire the employees that actually know what they’re doing. It’s a boys club that few are allowed to excel in. Mostly they fire everyone or the good ones quit due to that lack of good leadership and knowledge of the product
