New company, possible growth opportunities.

Cons

No accountability in management. Training and leadership is second to "let's play games" meetings. Company is more concerned with finishing and selling then quality of products. True disconnect on what the company provides you with and what is actually needed to get the job done effectively.

Cons

Unqualified leaders that fire the employees that actually know what they’re doing. It’s a boys club that few are allowed to excel in. Mostly they fire everyone or the good ones quit due to that lack of good leadership and knowledge of the product
