No long term planning or direction. The edict is month by month based on contracts gained. There is no vision for 3 to 5 years into the future and what leadership wants the company to grow into or become. There is also little concern over people development or coaching. Management employs a "quick to fire" mentality, willing to hire on the premise if an employee doesn't demonstrate worth on their own, they will simply be fired and replaced.
