All the colleagues are nice and friendly! Health benefits are great.
Cons
This is a telemarker job not real recruiting. No training. They put you on the floor and expect you to be succcessful alone. Low paid job. No raises annual as they throw that you get commission. Too much micro-management and no leadership. Managers have their favoritism employees. They never invested in training their employees. This company has such a highest turnover rate with not giving an excuse. No room for advancement.
