I can't think of any at this time.

Cons

Turn over is ridiculously high. People either quit because they get frustrated with the lack of professional leadership, unorganized structure or they get fired because one can't be successful under these type of conditions. Lower management will smile in your face and talk about you behind your back. They even spoke horribly of upper management and the company itself. This was a huge eye opener. Also, favoritism plays a huge part in this company.

Your concern of high turnover as perceived is real in a sales organization due to the metric nature of the positions. Turnover, specifically in the Atlanta office, is below industry levels. Lots of open jobs and good sales tools.

Cons

Lots of bad managers and recruiters lose an insane amount of business due to poor company operations. They used to be good at fixing internal issues but for years now it has just gotten worse and worse. Terrible company to work for at this point and less and less opportunity every day.
