Pros
I have been an account executive for just over 90 days. So far, D&Y has delivered on every aspect of the role that was presented. The AE team in Atlanta is a very team oriented, cohesive group. Everyone is always willing to help and encourage success. The hiring process was very smooth without a lot of needless follow ups. Gail was an excellent resource. Training was excellent. The Director of Client Services is a leader that is building the right team the right way. No micromanaging. You are expected to do your job and act like an adult but you are also treated as such. All of the leadership team are 100% accessible and ready to help in anyway, or just an encouraging pat on the back. While I have been with a number of companies that are "fast growing", that has not always been a good thing. It does seem different here, at least in my division. We seem to be growing in a very deliberate and careful way. Making sure the right people are in place and they have the tools and support they need to actually do the job they were hired to do. Compensation so far during my "ramp up" has been very fair and achievable. The benefits are very good. The culture is great as well. They celebrate victories, feed you quite a bit and this company seems to have the right leaders in place to meet or exceed objectives and be a "great place to work"
Cons
So far not many. Like with many other places I have worked the CRM could be better but I am sure that will come in time.
