Based on my experience, there are none. I regret ever applying and wish I had stayed away.

Cons

The pay is dismal, the benefits are nonexistent, and the leadership is openly hostile. The culture is poisonous, rewarding backstabbing and undermining among employees. Every day feels exhausting and pointless.

Pros

The daily challenges only get you better and stronger.

Cons

I think employees deserve more than what we're getting right now. The job is heavy, needs a lot of physical work, and also needs a lot of patience! Sometimes we work 16 hours a day, and it's exhausting! We don't get anything else except for the minimum hourly pay, not even appreciation or a thank you.
