No pros besides easy to get hired they hire any & everybody

Cons

Unprofessional, no bonuses, no hazard pay(COVID-19), no promotion opportunities,unprofessional service coordinator,CLIENTS HAVE DIRTY HOUESES, sometimes runs out of food in the houses, NO PPE, lazy staff etc

The employees and management are so helpful and kind. The hours are perfect for anyone who is also in school .

The daily challenges only get you better and stronger.

Cons

I think employees deserve more than what we're getting right now. The job is heavy, needs a lot of physical work, and also needs a lot of patience! Sometimes we work 16 hours a day, and it's exhausting! We don't get anything else except for the minimum hourly pay, not even appreciation or a thank you.
