Low pay, no benefits, no advancement opportunities, high employee turn around so coverage options are limited, no cell phone reimbursement but you are required to have it for the job

The daily challenges only get you better and stronger.

Cons

I think employees deserve more than what we're getting right now. The job is heavy, needs a lot of physical work, and also needs a lot of patience! Sometimes we work 16 hours a day, and it's exhausting! We don't get anything else except for the minimum hourly pay, not even appreciation or a thank you.
