Pros
Flexible hours, can be easy, flexibility for stocking style, can work on autopilot if you're used to the job
Cons
More work for basic pay, lack of opportunities, low hours depending on location, if you're on leave you can't ask for sick pay online because they block it on your ukg account so you have to do it through manager, lack of communication between managers and other employees, have been kept at 39.75 hours to be under full-time before but still had to do a lot of work
