Pros
Most colleagues are nice Work is interesting and wide variety to do Will learn a lot of stuff, good for fresh grads as it will look good on your resume
Cons
- Non-existent employee benefits, no staff discount etc etc. - 10 days annual leave only - VERY low starting salary. The excuse they will give is that ‘it’s actually standard market rate’. Or if they tell you it’s because of the pandemic, ITS NOT. don’t believe them, they are just cheapskate! - Management is very stingy with money, can promise us all the upgrades but it never happens. But somehow they have money to keep opening new stores - HR Seem to take advantage of foreign staff, and make them work very long hours inc on weekends - High turnover rate in certain departments like logistics, but some other department executives are nice
