      - Flexible work schedule when the team is big enough to support each other. - Affordable products. - Depending in the store, the team can be great to work with.

      Cons

      - Not much opportunity to work your way up in the company. -Long hours (especially as a duty manager having to open and close the store)

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
