      Pros

      Perfect job for casual work as a full-time student. Staff are enjoyable to work with and hours are generally quite flexible. Pay is better than working in hospo, especially if you get rostered on for weekend or holiday shifts.

      Cons

      The new systems put in place by management are not as efficient and effective as the old system. Currently our store is heavily understaffed but we are still expected to complete all tasks

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
