The company also has a significant global workforce, which may impact opportunities and team dynamics depending on your role. In my opinion, leadership within Product Support II and the Specialist teams was one of the most challenging aspects of working there. Communication, recognition, and employee support did not meet my expectations. Overall, this was one of the most stressful places I've worked, and I would not recommend it based on my personal experience.
