Pros

I been in the company for almost 7 years starting as a customer service agent and I have been promoted several times in different projects from being an agent to Quality analyst, trainer and now a supervisor, if you are looking for opportunities to grow this is your place

Small corporate office makes it easy to find who you need to/ what you need to make an impacr Great culture for size Nice facilities Great upward growth opportunities

Cons

No options for work from anywhere for most corporate staff

Pros

Coworkers are great. They help out if they are not bogged down. Supervisors will work with you if you're falling behind or you need certain days off.

Cons

No raise in over 3 yrs. Standards constantly changing where if you're able to bonus, its hardly anything now.
