Since the organization is expanding and growing rapidly miscommunication can occur from time to time which can affect a clear goal-line and structure sometimes from an analytical perspective.

DATIS offers their employees good salaries, great benefits, fun culture, and the ability to grow within a company. The team is fantastic, and because the company is small, you really get to know your coworkers which makes coming to work everyday something you look forward to. The office has a beautiful view of downtown Tampa and Tampa Bay and a state-of-the-art coffee machine and other appliances. Happy hours with co-workers and the company Holiday Party are something everybody looks forward to and enjoys. If you are looking for a fun office culture that allows you the freedom to work however is best for you, and the responsibility of taking on big projects, then DATIS is for you. Due to DATIS' small size, employees have the ability to learn a multitude of tasks which make you a valuable asset to any organization.

This company is best suited for someone who is intelligent and a self starter. Due to the smaller size (approx. 35 employees), everyone must wear a variety of hats and are held to a high standard of work and efficiency, which can be stressful for some. Additionally, because it is small there it may not be for you if you are looking for climb a career ladder at a rapid pace.
