Pros
Supervisors were helpful in the workplace when it came to certain situations, such as low supply or shortness of staff.
Cons
Management never on the same page across three shifts, constantly lied to employees about promotions, disrespectful of supervisors and other employees, HR department was not helpful, nor available for the most part, always worked extreme hours (sometimes 12 hours a day, 7 days a week) no home/work balance
