      The Owners are very active and involved daily in the company. They truly care about their employees and treat them like part of their family. The Health/Retirement/Other Benefits are top notch!

      Cons

      Be careful. If they like you, you are all good. The moment you are disliked for any reason....especially by the VP....you are done for.

      Full health/dental/vision insurance options for employees and generous retirement plans

      Cons

      Poor management, no advancement opportunities, general lack of direction and transparent, and does not treat their employees unfairly (some employees are clearly shown favoritism).
