Pros
I've got to say that one of the things that I loved at DBS Interactive were most of the people that I worked with. We all went through a lot while we were there and we would come together in solidarity to help cope with the unrealistic workload, and unreasonable expectations. We all felt close, like a family.
Cons
There's just too many reasons why I wouldn't work here again. In my opinion, management was lackadaisical. During my time there the turnover was incredibly high. It felt like there wasn't any structure for success there, so no matter what you would do, your projects would fall short. In my opinion, the problems were related to unrealistic timelines, unreasonable expectations, lack of true leadership, lack of accountability with management, lack of honesty to employees... the list could go on. From what I understand, there have been many who have started, realized they could improve the company and have poured their souls into helping mend the broken system. But in every case, they got burned out and end up quitting, restarting the cycle again. I was always optimistic about positive change, but eventually, I and many others became hopeless and helpless working there.
