Pros
DBS is great for those that enjoy an agency workplace. The work is not the same every day, so it allows the employees to gain experience in multiple areas quite easily while breaking up the monotony. DBS is also not too big, so there is a tight, familiar bond amongst the team and easy access to management staff. It is a great place for the inexperienced to come and learn in a welcoming environment, but also great for the experienced to come in and have their voice heard.
Cons
For a programmer with only one main skillset, you will almost certainly have to learn new things on the fly when a new client comes along with their own desired platform. Programmers can have an area of expertise, but it is important that they learn to have several areas of comfort at DBS.
